a friend of mine who is a 'nasi goreng ayam' addict, introduced me to this dish from a stall near our campus..the dish is accompanied with beef soup, cucumber slices and most importantly, the ever-so-very-hot 'sambal belacan'(my nose might bleed from it..really!)
the fried rice is neither overly done nor undercooked..just nice!and the roasted chicken..mmm,mmm!i guess it's been marinated for several hours..the tastes of the spices and soy sauce and honey blend together and the result..is finger-licking GOOD!!
